We are looking for a Murex Front Office BA to assist in defining and documenting remaining Front Office business requirements and to help to confirm expected business behaviour required to confirm functional requirements for the Front Office delivery stream

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in defining and documenting remaining Front Office business requirements.

Help to confirm expected business behaviour required to confirm functional requirements for the Front Office delivery stream.

Help to identify/analyse gaps in business requirements to support the agreed operating model.

Help to identify/analyse potential enhancements to operating model, business process or solution design where appropriate.

Provide a proxy for the Front Office to best optimise system setup ahead of User Acceptance Testing.

Provide impact assessment and subsequent analysis for programme change requests.
-
Support the definition, preparation, and execution of functional tests for the Front Office Stream.

Support end to end Systems Integration Testing, including analysis of downstream issues or requested enhancements.

Define and deliver Front Office user training and wider business readiness activities.

Support Front Office User Acceptance Testing.

Support migration event planning, execution and post live support.
