Experience as a SIT/UAT test lead for large transformation programs preferably in Capital Markets

Business understanding of trade life cycle, front to back implementation, preferably in Base Metals

Effective communication skills and strong relationship management

Experience in Co-ordinating across multiple remote teams and systems to build test planning

Tracking daily test progress, daily status reporting to Senior leadership

Expert experience in JIRA in tracking the metrics in a complex team set up

Defect management, prioritisation, escalation and issue resolutions

Preferred experience with platforms implementation like Murex, Calypso etc.,

Exposure to legacy migration programs will be an added advantage but not a must
